Love ScrapFX

Here is somthing that I made with the ScrapFX stuff.

I´m not really good in card making.
But with the new stuff from ScrapFX it´s an easy way!
I was making a card  for my Dear Hubby when he was at the hospital.
I painted the wordlet  first with golden ink and then put a little bit black on it to give it some shine

This card was for my Dear hubby too.
I needed a frame for this mustache stamp!
So I used this frame from the Scribble Rectangles and painted it with black and white dots.
In the background you can see the fantastic Chevron Stencil! O I love it!

When I first saw the Peacock feather,  I fell in love!
I´m not a peacock feather fan!
No, but this stencil is so adorable!
You can make so much pretty stuff with it!
I can´t stop using it!
The same with that awesome  Chevron stencil.
You really have to give them a try!
Here I put the Peacock stencil on my paper, and stamped it with watermark ink. You have to let it dry for a long time!
I did the same with the Random Dots Stencil.
After drying I sprayed with the Lemon Zest Dylusions Spray.
Work quickly to towel it down. I did the same with the Random Dots, only in blue.
The Flourish Curl I have painted with white and golden arylic.
The Mini sun and  Mini Clouds I have coloured with Copic marker.

The number stamp I have used with the Chevron stencil! It is a really nice and fun technique.

My Sweetheart – yes, she is my Sweetheart and this wordlet was just perfect for this Layout!
I have just painted with red acrylics and make some white dots on it.
For the background I used the Flower stencil!
But first a inked my cardstock with the Candlelight Glimmer Mist. Then I applied the Flower Stencil with modeling paste.

And last, but not least, I have made a little Tag.
On a white cardstock I tried all the stencils with some paints and ink.
Then I cut a piece of it and put some embellishment on it.
The Heart fine flourish I have painted with my lovely H20 colors.

Pleas take a look to the ScrapFX blog! There is so much inspiration for you!

Some new Layouts

The last few weeks have been very eventful and have demanded a lot from me. As some of you already get with, my father had a massive heart attack three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I could only see him for a week, then called me back the duty at home. For a few days he's feeling better. He has survived the difficult operation and complains now over the boredom in hospital;-) Yes, that's my dad!

I must admit that I´m not very well at time. I do not know why. But I have for some time even heart problems. I feel powerless and hope it get better soon.

The few moments when I feel good, I use for scrapping. It helps me some things to process and to get other points of view.

Here are two Layouts, I have done for Skissedilla:

Sisters Together

Daydream and Wish

Wish you love, health and fun!

Blog Hop on ScrapFX

Hello and Welcome to our big Blog Hop at ScrapFX!

To get to know us all a little better we have decided to make a blog hop and to answer a few fun questions.
If you want to win this fabolous price, all you have to do is, leave a comment on every blog and like us on Facebook.

Michelle Logan: What is your scrapbook "kryptonite"?
(what style/colour/etc will people never see on your creations because you
cannot deal with it???)
People will never see some cheesy stuff with animals or fruits on my pages! I don´t like it and I could never deal with it!

Michelle: What do you listen to or watch while your scrap and WHY?
Mostly I hear Heidi - a children's story and my daughter loves it and could hear it all day long! When she hears Heidi, I have time to work a little bit! And if I work at night, I could hear nothing, because I have to be quiet!

Klere: Do you snack or drink while scrapping? What?
So when then only very rarely, simply because there is no room on my desk! Haha! If I drink something then I prefer Instand coffee from the supermarket or Red Bull!

Adrienne: How do you jump start your creativity when you find that it is
missing?
Oh, there are two ways! First, I clean up my mess! Than I get mostly the desire to play again with all the beautiful things or find things that I did not know I have, or have forgotten, that I have! J
Or I take a look in my favorite Scrapbooking magazine from Stampington.

Scarlett: What is your favorite technique(s) to use right now and
why? What are some tried and true techniques you love to use?
Hm, let´s think about it. I think my favorite technique is to use my stencils! That´s really important, yes! And I love to play with color-splashes! Because with this two techniques your LO is never to be going boring or bad! Guaranteed!
I always like to play with Tissue paper! If I have no idea what to do, I take my Tissue paper and old book pages and then it moves. J

This is my creation for you to a little inspieration for you!

Amy: At what time of day are you most creative, or do you prefer
to create?
I love this question! Becuause it is so funny! Well, I´m a night owl! I don´t need the day! I can only life by night! My vital spirits awaken usually so about 22 clock. Then I have the desire to life, to be creative and just be happy. Or let me put it more clearly: At night I have immortal longings in me, to be creative!

Cindy: What makes your heart race?
Puh, there are so many things! My daughters, my husband, my friends, when I´m in my english class, if I can learn something new and of course: new stuff from ScrapFX and any crafting stuff!

Elisabeth: If you were to describe one emotion while
scrapbooking, what would it be?
One is very difficult. There are to emotions: vitality and blissfulness

Misty: What are you afraid of?
That something happens to my children, illness

Maria: If you could choose a talent/gift what would it be?
I wish I had the gift to believe in myself! Because if you believe in yourself, you succeed in everything.

New stuff with Scrap FX

Yesterday I´ve got a new post on the ScrapFX Blog! I will share it with you too!

Gestern durfte ich wieder mal einen neuen Eintrag bei Scrap FX machen. Den will ich euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten!

First a very simple card for  Mothers Day, (for my mother in law).
I used white cardstock and some lace to start with as a background. I then painted the Scribble Heart in turquoise and put a splash of bronze on it. The Love wordlets I painted in white and crackled it with Crackle accents. I sewed all the elements on the card and it was ready to go.
Als erstes eine ganz einfache Muttertagskarte, für meine Schwiegermama. Mit viel zarter Spitze und Liebe gemacht.

This Layout was inspired by my wonderful hubby Sascha
He’s a great artist and I love the inspiration we share!
It’s my first Layout without a photo! And I love it! I amm really bad at drawing! Here I have given my best.
The background is made with Tissue paper from Tim Holtz ( I LOVE it :-) , Gesso, some stamps, black, gold and bronze ink – and of course – stencils. After I drew the face, I altered my chipboards. I put on all chipboards ( Graphic Circles, Graphic Corner, Roman Numerals) a copper priming. Some I have brushed with patina, with shimmering watercolors H2O´s in turquoise and brown. After drying I glued all the pieces on my page.
:-) Keine Frage!
Für mich ist er eine Genie!

Skissedilla Sketch 209

Time is running and I can´t believe that we finally have May!
All new bring May, we say and so we have a new Selected Srapper on Skissedilla!
I am very pleased that I was able to propose a designer this month.
I did not have to think twice!
I'm a big fan of her! She has an incomparable style!

Viktoria is 29 years old and discovered the scrapping in a very difficult period of her life in January 2010. Scrapbooking not only gave her back meaning in life and joy.
It gave her the strength to survive.
At first it was just a hobby then it became professional. Victoria is not only known in many design teams as Ingvild Bolmes DT for exemple, she teaches many workshops in Belarus, Ukraine and Russia, she also designed paper.
Together with her husband Vova, they designed beautiful diaries. Vova has developed its own technology to bind books and shares his knowledge in workshops.
Victoria is known on the Internet under the name Vika fleer.

This week we have an Sketch from Sascha Schmidt
