My first work with ScrapFX stuff!

Puh, this week was realy busy! I´m sorry that I´m late, to show you my first stuff with the amazing chipboards from ScrapFX!

Last week we had a group post about our ideas to the theme, background work.
This was my contribution.
I have made an page in my Art Journal, about my brain and whats going on in there :-)

There is so much chaos in my brain!

At first I glue tissue paper on the page and put a lot of modeling paste on it.

Than I press the seafoam stencil in the paste.

After drying I press some different letter in it, put a little glitter on it and have a play with stamps and rub ons.

And here some more Layouts, I have made.

Watch me grow:

At first I wanted to use the Scribble Heart(2013042) as a stencil and spray with my Liquitex Sprays on a white Cardstock. After I used the color spray, I made a finish with a Gesso Spray, to give it a subtle “mood”.
The Scribble Heart, the Dandelion, heart and the wordlet “Watch me Grow” I primed with my Liquitex Paint Marker.
The Dandelion, heart (2013049) I gave an shimmery touch with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Marshmallow.
I painted the wordlet “Watch me grow”(2013034) with Acrylic paint and the Liquitex Paint Marker. Then I stamped with a white ink.

A daughter is a gift of love:

I totally fell in love with the negative from the Playground Alphabet (2012306)! I painted it with Color shine from Heidi Swapp and cut two strips.
I painted the twisted Reeds (2013047) with the same color and drew with Oil Pastels on it. After that I put it in water to give it more dimension!
The wordlet ” A daugther is a gift of love”(2012308) I used a white Liquitex Paint Marker.

  2. Deine Art Journal Seite sieht toll aus. Chaos in meinem Kopf kenne ich zur Zeit auch sehr gut. Die Layouts mit den schönen filigranen Holzteilen sehen auch super aus.
